Features of the press:-

·         Double hydraulic press mounted on common base with common hydraulic power pack.

·         Manual De-gassing facility to remove air and gases from the powder/compound.

·         Moving Platen guided on 4-tie bars which are heat treated and ground and hard-chrome plated, guided thru DU bushes.

·         T-slots provided on both platens for die clamping.

·         Insulation on both platens to prevent heat transfer towards press body by imported material.

·         All control valves of Bosch Rexroth/Yuken/Polyhydron.

·         Electric motor with ISI mark (Crompton/Kirlosker/Bharat Bijlee/Hindustan Engineers/Sabar).

·         Low noise level below 75 dB.

·         Common Control panel between two presses consists of main switch, MCB’s for heaters, and motor.

·         Separate hand operated directional control valves for presses for mould closing and opening.
