Ferioli Filippo S.P.A, an Italian Company has developed satellite injection unit which can be fixed with any existing injection moulding machine, hydraulic press etc., for economic moulding of  two colour, two components, from small to large sizes and light to heavy weights.

By this process, plasticization volume of 30 cc to 4000 cc can be achieved.

The beauty lies in the fact that cheaper filler material like coconut fiber can be used to produce large door panel, automotive parts etc with outer layer from plastic and inner filler of low cost fibers.
